Flag-Hoisting.

To protect the integrity of the Magistracy as an independent juridical authority, and also to guarantee that  Justice is well served and secured, being founded upon the pillars of total respect to the law and absolute submission to its hegemony by ALL CITIZENS inside a functional Democratic Institutional System; the following must be provided by a coherent  Legislative Body (Parliament):
·         Expand  the Prescription Time for all categories of criminal acts which are related if not contribute to the diffusion of CORRUPTION, such as self-laundering, illegal influence peddling, private corruption, false accounting, tax evasion, tax fraud, extortion, bribery, embezzlement... Etc.
·         Reduce Proceedings’ celebration times in all phases of the trial or lawsuit, so that no offense can remain prescribed before reaching the final phase of the juridical debate; which starts with the investigations, the first grade in tribunal, the appeal, and last the Cassation before the Supreme Court.
·         Provide all necessary logistic, technologic and human resources to counter the scarcity of means for the Investigative Organs and Inquiring Bodies to ensure their adequate and just functionality and fulfillment of their tasks.
And in order to reach this Utopia type justice, our Constitution and its depending laws must ensure that no citizen could be nominated for any kind of Public Service, or apply his candidacy for election, or even actively participate in any Political Party or social movement if under trial, sentenced or served a sentence, prescribed, investigated, or even related to any of those till the third grade of kinship.
But obviously on top of all that a single warrantee comes as the most important element of security, and I mean “The complete independency and separation between the Institutional Authorities: Legislative, Juridical and Executive; under the vigilant and firm watch of an Independent and Impartial Media obliged to rightly inform to hoist high up the flag of Transparency, and defeat any type of Conflict of Interest”.
Can our Constitution Constituent Committee do that?
Can our Government do that?
Can our Parliament do that?
Can our Media understand that?
Can our people fight for that?
I can only wait and hope..
Pass On The Word.
