Dreams die at dawn.

How and by whom this country is, and will be, governed in the phase that has just matured?
a)      The first answer is all political, and must begin by agreeing that the Brotherhood is the winner of the match over the rubble of the undisciplined, unorganized and inefficient opposition; and as such will not only be the Master Protector of this government, but the influential depositary of power over life or death.
b)      The second regards the mode by which that government was formed and presented: a government by deduction, not just because it excluded pieces of the ‘ancient régime’; much instead as for the silence over certain issues evidentially by every impartial observers held as ‘dividing’ and ‘destructive’.
c)      The third is institutional very much related to the adoption of the most bias, if not fraudulent, methods to form either the Parliament (at first by maintaining same election law and regulations as designed by the overthrown Dictatorship’s tailors and lawmakers, and by practically imposing an undefined Shoura Council as the only legislator; then as a second phase by designing a sequence of ‘Scope Cabinets’ having the only scope to keep alive the existential hegemony of this Presidential Institution); or the committee of constituents awarded the mission of drafting precisely ‘a’ Constitution, and definitely not ‘the’ constitution, using the devoted apostolic support of all the media guns in its possession to convince us that it is the only way to drag Egypt out from the ruins of the First Republic.
d)      The fourth, in fact the first, is of social character enclosing the economical and financial urgencies of the country together with the citizens drama witnessed and lived every blessed day.
In the course of explaining the use of ‘Political Deceit’, as a tool for governance; Hannah Arendt wrote: “…if politicians lie, it is due either to ‘weakness’: having an urgent need to guarantee  certain electoral consensus; or to ‘contempt and disregard’: believing that ‘even though the vote is useful, the voters are useless’. So when such a political cast indicates their perspectives to the disregarded (betrayed, deceived) voting militant, he or she will not only overlook or disbelief in them, but will do exactly the opposite”.
If somewhere else, in this ‘modern civilized world’ of ours, that kind of “Electoral Fraud” is considered just a cynical way to pinch few more bites of the power pie; in our Egyptian case it is proving to be more a cretinous rather than a stupid trick planned to provide the winner his much desired ‘Full Control’, while procuring for the entire population inevitable and catastrophic effects. Effects that we read and see on everyday news.. Just look closely for the crime reports hidden in the inner pages.
The front pages are fully booked by those ‘experts’ to improve and refine, on daily basis, more and more their preaching in order to perfidiously maintain in progress the process set to brainwash us into the full acceptance and the complete submission to the ‘Teachings’ of that new Orwellian Dictatorship ruling us in the name of Allah.
Pass On The Word.
