Sober up before it’s too late.

Mr. Krishnamurti, the famous Indian sociologist and philosopher, in one of his many valuable lectures said:

“The crisis is a crisis in conscience.. A crisis that cannot anymore accept the old norms, the old patterns, the ancient traditions. And, considering what the world is now; with all the misery, conflict, destructive brutality, aggression and so on.. Man is still as he was, is still brutal, violent, aggressive, acquisitive, competitive, and has built a society along these lines.. It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society”.

Legality and Transparency.. The “Big Dismissed” from every political address and collective conscience.. The “Giant Absents” from any government action, media information and intellectual public debate.

Each year of the past sixty, between tax evasion and corruption; a substantial treasure equivalent to ten folds our country’s national financial budget plan (the everlasting “Tighten the Belt” type of plan), is being subtracted and removed.. And that is also a  direct consequence to the “Giant Absents”, because the politics in command have constantly done everything to favour “Villainy” instead of “Legality”.

On one hand the Brotherhood.. A marionette used by the International Muslim Brotherhood Congress, an organisation which truly believes in being the only valid rival to the International Zionist Congress, convinced of its capability to draw the strategic and tactical plans for The Global Islamic Project to counter and defy the presumed Zionist objective for One World One Government.

On the other hand The Military Establishment.. Owning 40% of the country’s GNP, protector of the Banner and master of the Republic since 1952; gave time for the initial shock wave of January 25^th 2011 to fade down and pass by, then allowed the elections of a ‘Civil Executive’ to rule, though unforgiving the dishonourable discharge of its ‘Godfathers’, bought the necessary time to acquire American endorsement for the next step: overthrowing the inefficient and hostile ‘Civil Government’ to re-establish the “Moderate Friendly State”.

And in the total absence of a compact opposition or a sound honourable political cast; both, aware of the dangerous results of their plans, have managed to divide the once united yet fragile society into fiercely and ferociously opposed fractions intolerable and over-dosed by hatred to the point of killing each other in the name of God or Country!!

And for what purpose? So that the one left standing would rule over the rubbles of a poorer, divided, unsafe and more ignorant population; needy of “Foreign Support” and burdened by new debts sold to the unsafe poor ignorant as “Humanitarian Aid”??

None of the strong voices coming out either from the powerful loud-speakers in the various ‘squares’ of the cities and villages, or from the TV screens are expressing any sort of commonsense, for no one is preaching the real value of being a Liberal Republic endorsing Human and Civil rights* (see articles 18, 19, 28 and 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted and declared by the UN’s General assembly on October 10^th 1948) where religion stay way out from Education and Politics.

None of the contenders on the mastership of the country’s destiny is talking about the future of the unemployed young graduate, the insecure worker, the enslaved housewife, the innocent new-born, the ethnic and cultural minorities.. None is talking to the ‘Citizens’.. They are all addressing the flock.. The pack.. The herd!!

That’s why none of them is laying down before the people the only options left to live by in the coming future, so that the people would chose knowing exactly what they will confront along with their children for quit sometime:

1)      Close the frontier and live behind an “Iron Curtain” for one or two generations until we are able to self satisfy our needs, knowing that in this globalised world no one is completely independent.

2)      Take the most advantage out from the re-emerging Cold War by using our strategic geo-political leverage as a bargaining edge to extort the maximum possible benefits from USA, Russia and China; after carefully weighing the pros and cons, because there are debts involved that will be collected.

3)      Adopt the Turkish model as the ‘Play It Safe’ pattern for a well balanced approach to the Western and International Cultures.

4)      Accept the dictates of the debtors and adhere to their will to live by their conditions for securing our day-by-day survival in PEACE.

And we need not only decide which option to undertake, but with and by whom: the Military or The Brotherhood?

Because we allowed Legality to vanish and be replaced by Villainy and Corruption, we deserve such new masters.. Ignorant and selfish just like us.. They keep talking while people are dying, and they will never sober up unless we do so.
